Public in General, Film Producers, Overseas Film Distributors, and the persons involved in Broadcasting / Telecasting and/or Telecommunication services are hereby notified and informed that my Client SUPER CASSETTES INDUSTRIES LIMITED having Registered Office at E-2/16, White House, Ansari Road, Dariya Ganj, New Delhi - 110 002 are the absolute and exclusive owners INTER-ALIA OF COPYRIGHT of Literary, Dramatic and Musical works as well as that of Sound Recordings and Audio Visual Songs (Songs in Video format) of old and existing repertoire of cinematograph films including like ‘PAHELI', ‘MAINE PYAAR KYO KIYA', ‘DUS', ‘YAKEEN', ‘BACH KE REHNA RE BABA', ‘NAZAR', ‘MAIN HOON NA', ‘CHALTE CHALTE', ‘TERE NAAM', ‘MUSAFIR', ‘'KAANTE', ‘BAGHBAAN', ‘KYA KOOL HAIN HUM' to name a few and in respect of all other Forthcoming Films including but not limited to “KYON KI', ‘JAMES', ‘HUMKO TUMSE PYAR HAI', ‘KOI AAP SA', ‘BENAAM', ‘DEEWANE HUE PAAGAL','PHIR HERA PHERI', ‘DOST - MY BEST FRIEND', ‘JAANEMAN', ‘BABUL', ‘CHOCOLATE', ‘EK KHILADI EK HASEENA', ‘MY WIFE'S MURDER', ‘AASHIQUE BANAYA AAPNE', ‘MY NAME IS ANTHONY GONSALVES', ‘DARNA ZAROORI HAI', ‘HUMKO DEEWANA KAR GAYE' to name a few in every formats whether now known or to be invented in future for the territories of entire world. Accordingly, the public in General, Film Producers, Overseas Film Distributors and all concerned services involved in Broadcasting/Telecasting and/or Telecommunicating including but not limited to Broadband / DTH services of the Sound Recordings, Audio Visual Songs and Ringtones/ All Mobile & Digital content formats and in public performance etc. of the same are hereby warned not to indulge in any unauthorized Broadcasting, Telecasting and/or Telecommunicating of my Client's Sound Recordings, Audio-Visual Songs and/or Ringtones in any Mobile or Digital Platform content formats and/or Public Performance etc. in any manner from any of my Client's films in which they hold the copyrights. All licenses/ permissions are (valid only if duly signed by Mr. Bhushan Kumar, Managing Director of the Company) or their exclusive licensee in writing only. My Client's shall initiate legal Actions both Civil and/or Criminal against all such persons who are found involved in any illegal activity without any further notice.

Reg. Audio - Visual rights of songs of various films acquired by M/s Super Cassettes Industries Limited.

My Client M/s Super Cassettes Industries Limited. having their Registered office at E-2/16, White House Ansari road, Darya Ganj. New Delhi - 110002, are one of the largest producer and publisher inter-alia of sound Recordings and videos under their well known trade mark T-series. My client have acquired "exclusive Audio - Visual rights of the songs" for worldwide exploitation in all formats for number of films to name a few as mentioned below :-

It has come to my clients' notice that many of my clients' " Audio Visual songs " have illegally and unauthorisedly been exploited by some video film right holders / infringers in compilation with other songs on DVD ,VCD and other formats which according to law is absolutely illegal. My clients are in the process of initiating and / or shall be forced to initiate legal proceedings against all such persons. Under instructions of my clients I am also enclosing a list of my clients' forthcoming films the copyright of which including the copyright of the " Audio-Visual rights of the songs " have been acquired by my clients for the territories of world.

I may also mention here that my clients while acquiring the audio copyright of films also acquire copyright in respect of all the audio visual songs of the film for the territories of world for perpetual period. While Assignment the copyrights relating to aforesaid films, the producers/right holders have undertaken and assured my clients that the video rights holder of the feature film will not be allowed to exploit "Audio - Visual of the song (s)" separately either alone or in combination with any other audio visual song.

Any person found failing to comply with above will attract legal action (civil / criminal) without any further notice.
