When Ravan tries to uproot Kailash, Lord Shiva presses him under the mountain. Ravan repents and prays Lord Shiva. Pleased, Lord Shiva delivers Ravan a divine sword 'Chandrahaas Khadga'. When Ravan reaches Lanka, his mother Kekasi sends him back to bring Lord Shiva's own idol from Kailash.
